With roots in the South Jersey real estate industry dating back to 2009 and a dedicated focus on residential appraisal practice since 2019, the firm brings a well-developed understanding of market behavior, valuation methodology, and the factors that influence residential property value.

Engagements commonly include valuations for estate matters, divorce proceedings, pre-listing decisions, PMI removal, and other scenarios requiring a well-supported, independent opinion of value. The firm primarily serves South and Central New Jersey, with additional coverage extending to shore markets as needed.
